This site attempts to conform to the WCAG 2.0 Level A Guidelines for accessibility. Much care has been taken to ensure that users with disabilities or other impairments can navigate this site and access its content. To this end, testing has been performed with text-only browsers, audio browsers, and daltonism simulators to ensure the greatest possible spectrum of accessibility.

Compliance with W3C standards for XHTML and CSS is another way we ensure accessibility for disabled or impaired users, since the browsers and tools of the next few years will be based on these standards. In some areas of the site which use CSS3 functionality (not yet supported across all browsers), special care has been taken to ensure that these features "degrade gracefully", allowing older browsers to deal with them them without hampering the design or usability of the site.
